The mission of Stride K12 is to provide an exemplary individualized and engaging educational experience for students by incorporating school and community/family partnerships coupled with a rigorous curriculum along with a data-driven and student-centered instructional model. Student success will be measured by valid and reliable assessment data, parent and student satisfaction, and continued institutional growth within the academic community. Join us! The Admissions Advisor Intern will serve as a key member of the private school enrollment team, supporting efforts to connect families with private school options. This position is perfect for a motivated, people-oriented individual interested in sales, marketing, and education. The intern will act as a liaison between prospective families and school leaders, helping guide families through the admissions process and representing the organization at recruitment events. - Engage with prospective families to communicate the value and benefits of private school education.
- Act as the single point of contact for prospective students and families throughout the admissions process.
- Coordinate with school leaders to ensure accurate and timely responses to family inquiries.
- Assist in organizing and attending in-person recruitment and community events to promote private school programs.
- Support marketing and outreach campaigns by following up on leads and tracking engagement metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all families.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and education access.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and follow up effectively.
- Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable speaking with families and school leaders.
- Prior customer service, outreach, or sales experience.
- Event planning or marketing experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or lead-tracking tools.
- We anticipate this position will pay $20.00 per hour. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
