Who You Are

Were looking for a seasoned Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor with:

• 4 years of technical experience
• Leadership experience in a veterinary setting
• Strong emotional intelligence organization and people skills
• A love for pets and a genuine enjoyment of working with humans

What Youll Do

This role blends leadership with hands-on technician work. Youll work 3640 hours per week Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays and occasional cat boarding

Your leadership responsibilities include:

• Training mentoring and coaching the technical team
• Ensuring protocols and medical standards are followed
• Supporting medical knowledge client communication and workflow efficiency keeping the practice manager aware of team needs and challenges
• Overseeing surgery and treatment area operations
• Managing appointment flow
• Ensuring staffing and schedule coverage
• Conducting 45- and 90-day reviews quarterly reviews daily huddles and weekly
• BAM meetings
• Maintaining a supportive professional and positive environment

Your technical work will include:

• Assisting doctors in appointments
• Scheduling your team
• Surgical prep and anesthesia for surgeries and dentals
• Phlebotomy and PRP
• Radiographs (dental and full body)
• Laser and PulseVet therapy
• Educating clients
• Fear Free handling
• Vaccinations nail trims cytology and ear treatments
• IDEXX in-house lab work & machine maintenance
• Prescriptions and pharmacy support
• Housekeeping and team support
• Welcoming puppy and kitten appointments
