Responsibilities:About the Role: Property Marketing Manager
As the Property Marketing Manager , you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of property listings — from pre-market preparation and creative marketing strategy to listing launch and contract. You’ll manage systems, people, and processes to ensure every home is beautifully presented, expertly marketed, and efficiently sold.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment , enjoys leadership and coordination , and has a passion for strategic marketing that drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and oversee high-impact property marketing campaigns , including MLS listings, photography, video, staging, email, and social media
- Write compelling, SEO-friendly property descriptions to enhance listing visibility online
- Ensure all marketing materials align with EmpowerHome’s brand standards
Project & Process Management
- Manage timelines, vendors, and internal coordination for photography, signage, staging, and showings
- Lead cross-functional communication between marketing, listing, and operations teams
Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Supervise listing support staff, ensuring accountability and excellence across all listing processes
- Promote a high-performance, client-focused culture within the department
Client Communication & Experience
- Serve as the main point of contact for sellers , providing regular updates and personalized client care
- Deliver a consistent 5-star client experience from listing to closing
Systems & Compliance
- Manage CRM, MLS, and transaction data accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to enhance marketing systems and workflows
- Contribute to the growth of EmpowerHome’s multi-market marketing strategy
- Experience in real estate marketing , property management , or listing coordination (preferred)
- Proven project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Tech-savvy — experienced with CRM systems , MLS platforms , and digital marketing tools
- Proactive leader with a solutions-focused mindset and high attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and committed to quality, efficiency, and service excellence
