Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You
This is your chance to be part of Marketing team that attracts customers to Hilton through strong storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As a Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Performance, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Editorial & Storytelling Strategy team, you will work on projects including AI-assisted publishing workflows, content optimization, discoverability strategy, structured data initiatives, and content architecture for performance development across owned and operated channels.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Lead the optimization and governance of Hilton's audience-led and storytelling content including taxonomy, metadata structure, content supply chain process/workflows, and structured data implementation.
- Establish and drive the evolution and sophistication of AI-assisted (and eventually agentic) publishing workflows with human oversight to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality control.
- Partner with SEO, analytics, product, and data science teams to strength discoverability across search engines, AI search experiences, and emerging LLM-environments.
- Establish, manage, translate, and share performance insights for a continuous improvement approach to content supply chain workflows, content reuse, time-to-publish, and increase content effectiveness and business impact.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Experience to align execution with editorial priorities and customer journey objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Data Science, SEO, Content Orchestration, and Performance Marketing teams to define and implement scalable content infrastructure enhancements.
- Support executive reporting on performance insights, automation impact metrics, and revenue-aligned narratives.
Projects you'll take ownership of:
- Intelligent content/AI-enabled content supply chain framework.
- Discoverability and performance enhancements focusing on increasing organic visibility and measurable contribution to direct bookings and engagement goals.
- Partner with technology teams, translating business needs and strategy to technology development and road mapping.
- Translate performance data from across the content supply chain into operational and strategic improvements.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of experience in digital content operations, content marketing optimization, marketing technology/innovation, or content performance strategy execution.
- Two (2) years of experience designing and implementing automated content publishing workflows, using generative AI and agentic tools (Adobe AEM, WRITER, Jasper, Perplexity, or Copy.ai).
- Experience with content and asset management systems.
- Experience with editorial analytics tools, cross-platform and channel analytics, and other performance measurement technology (Adobe, Chartbeat).
- Hybrid schedule from McLean, VA (in office at least 3 days per week)
It would be useful if you have:
Familiarity with AI and agentic systems or emerging LLM-driven content ecosystems.
