Remote Senior/Lead UI (Angular) Developer
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of front-end developers in designing, developing, and maintaining complex user-interface applications using Angular framework.
- Support hands on development of Passenger Vetting suite of user-interface applications using Angular framework.
- Support code reviews and mentoring for junior developers.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, system engineers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders on the team.
- Utilize modern development best practices including developing modular testable components.
- Implement test-driven development methods, supporting end-to-end testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree
- 8+ years of experience in user-interface / front-end application development with at least 5+ years of recent Angular development
- Expert-level experience in front-end Angular framework
- Development experience in GraphQL, JavaScript, SASS, CSS3, HTML and similar technologies on multiple projects
- Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks (Mocha, Jasmine, Karma, etc.)
- Experience with 508 Compliance and Accessibility standards
- Knowledge of Agile Frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with the U.S. Web Design System ( a plus
