Marketing Communications Assistant - Entry Level
- Provide on-site support for marketing campaigns, especially in new markets where client services are being introduced.
- Conduct consumer presentations and demonstrations to showcase key services and benefits, aiming to increase market share.
- Drive brand awareness and strengthen client strategy through direct, face-to-face marketing impact.
- Track campaign results on a daily and weekly basis, consulting with the Sales & Marketing Director to optimize performance.
- Demonstrate accountability and drive results as a trusted on-site brand expert.
- Proactively identify and create sales opportunities through personal engagement.
- Implement tactical marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Specialist and Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers during live events.
- Collect and manage consumer data gathered from in-person interactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for marketing, advertising, and in-person brand engagement
- Willingness to learn and adapt in dynamic environments
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high energy and focus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
