Director of Digital Data

OnPoint Data Strategy is seeking a Director of Digital Data to build, lead, and scale the firm's digital fundraising operation. This role is responsible for owning email and SMS fundraising strategy, execution, and performance across internal partner clients and external customers.

This is a leadership role focused on digital prospecting, fundraising execution, and operational excellence. The Director of Digital Data will establish systems, hire and manage talent, set performance standards, and ensure high-volume digital fundraising programs are executed accurately, efficiently, and profitably.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in conservative digital fundraising, understands the major players and platforms in the industry, and has successfully run large-scale email and text fundraising programs. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale OnPoint Data Strategy's digital fundraising team
• Own all email and SMS fundraising execution for internal clients
• Execute digital fundraising programs and prospecting efforts for external clients
• Develop and manage digital fundraising strategy, including offers, segmentation, cadence, and testing
• Oversee send calendars, deployment workflows, QA, compliance, and deliverability
• Establish operating procedures, documentation, and quality control standards
• Hire, train, and manage email and SMS fundraising staff
• Continuously test messaging, creative, timing, data inputs, and deployment strategies
• Partner with data, brokerage, analytics, and client teams to maximize fundraising ROI
• Monitor performance metrics and translate results into actionable improvements
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on digital fundraising trends and best practices

Required Skills, Experience, and Competencies

• 5+ years of experience in conservative digital fundraising, digital prospecting, or political technology
• Direct experience managing large-scale email and SMS fundraising programs
• Experience leading teams or owning end-to-end digital fundraising execution
• Strong understanding of digital fundraising platforms, compliance, and deliverability
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
