Cashier

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle and process all guest payments with a smile and a positive attitude
- Be organized and detail oriented; process credit cards accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Issue cash receipts and refunds when necessary; handle and resolve customer complaints
- Know the menu; promote products and new menu items; remind customers of how amazing our food and drinks are
- Be dependable and punctual; take pride in your role and be a good team member
- Maintain a clean and tidy workstation; the register area should reflect our high standards for cleanliness and safety
