🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Rotate through 7+ job titles to gain broad experience across departments.
• Operate machinery and assist in extrusion processes to meet quality and production goals.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive daily success.
• Start as a utility worker and build skills in machine operation, quality assurance, packing, and inspection.
• Report any unusual conditions to lead operators or supervisors.
• Follow union guidelines for shift flexibility and movement.

✅ What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Comfortable with material handling, machine operation, and performing quality checks.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, assembly lines, and production workflows.
• Skilled in using hand tools, forklifts, and tape measures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow.

💪 Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 15–100 lbs (with assistance for heavier loads).
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts, including up to 12-hour shifts.
• Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled, loud environment with exposure to grease, oil, and hydraulic fluids.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.31 - $20.31/hr.
