About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Solution Architect with strong expertise in BSS/OSS systems, enterprise solution architecture, and system integration .

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution design , define integration strategies , and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical architecture for large-scale telecom systems.

Key Responsibilities

️ Solution Architecture & Design

• Define and document end-to-end solution architecture , including system interactions, data flows, and integration patterns
• Translate business requirements into scalable and high-performance technical solutions
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and long-term technology strategy

Integration & System Design

• Design and implement integration strategies across BSS/OSS and enterprise systems
• Define API contracts, interface specifications, and data exchange models
• Drive adoption of microservices, API Gateway, and distributed architecture patterns

Telecom Domain Expertise

• Provide architectural guidance across BSS (Business Support Systems) and OSS (Operational Support Systems)
• Apply knowledge of telecom standards (TMF, MEF, ITIL)
• Support design of solutions aligned with MSO (Multiple System Operator) environments

Project Lifecycle & Delivery

• Participate in all phases: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
• Lead architecture discussions, design workshops, and solution reviews
• Identify and resolve architecture gaps, risks, and dependencies

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SMEs, and IT teams
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and leadership
• Guide development teams to ensure architecture compliance and quality delivery

⚙️ Hands-on & Technical Leadership

• Provide technical direction on Java-based full stack architecture (Spring Boot, J2EE, Angular)
• Support proof of concepts (POCs), prototyping, and new technology evaluations
• Ensure non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, and security are addressed

️ Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of IT experience across architecture, design, development, and integration
• 4+ years of experience in Telecom domain (BSS/OSS / MSO)
• Strong experience in designing large-scale enterprise solutions
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Java, Spring, Spring Boot, J2EE
  • Angular (frontend exposure)
  • API Gateway, REST APIs, Microservices
  • Distributed systems architecture
  • MySQL or similar databases
• Experience with integration of COTS, SaaS, and third-party systems

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of telecom standards: TMF, MEF, ITIL, IETF, IEEE
• Experience working in architecture groups and defining strategic roadmaps
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience in Agile methodologies

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
