We are actively seeking a dedicated Site Leader + Director of Care (RN, RPN, or LPN) who is passionate about senior care and ready to lead a skilled team committed to compassionate, high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary staff and external agencies to improve care outcomes
• Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of resident-centered care
• Promote a positive workplace culture that supports professional development and teamwork
• Lead initiatives that enhance quality assurance while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting, contract negotiations, and vendor oversight

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse, RN; Registered Psychiatric Nurse, RPN; or Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN
• Must be eligible for RN, RPN or LPN Registration with BCCNM
• Must have a strong background in leadership within the long-term care sector
• Demonstrated skills in operational management and fiscal responsibility
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement and staff development
• Excellent communication abilities and team leadership experience

What We Provide:
