Part Time Administrative Assistant

Overview: We are currently hiring for a part time administrative assistant for a long term contract. Description: + Data Entry. + Answering emails. + Creating and pulling reports. + Some data analysis. + Supporting talent acquisition. Qualifications: + High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or experience. + Candidate should have solid experience in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel for tracking data and pulling reports. + Solid customer service and attention to detail to ensure first time quality are critical. + Responding to requests with a sense of urgency will ensure success in this role. + Prior recruiting, talent acquisition and/or HR experience would be beneficial in this role. Additional Information: + Part time position. Currently set for 20-25 hours a week. + Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr. + 1 step interview process + Long term contract. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Newport News, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
