We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery Salesperson to join our team in the construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about landscaping, has a deep knowledge of plants and trees, and has a knack for building strong relationships with customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a wide range of nursery products, providing expert advice to customers, and helping to drive the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on the best nursery products for their landscaping projects.
2. Drive sales of nursery products, including plants, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping materials.
3. Work closely with the rest of the landscaping team to ensure that products are presented in the most effective manner, and that the nursery is always stocked with the best selection of plants and trees.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the landscaping and nursery industry, and use this knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
5. Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Assist with the planning and execution of landscaping projects, working closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving sales and providing excellent customer service.
2. Deep knowledge of plants and trees, with the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
3. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and team members.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
