Entry-Level Client Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior account managers and event coordinators in planning, organizing, and executing events

• Serve as a client contact under supervision, helping manage communications and expectations

• Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, vendor management, and onsite support

• Support the creation of marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations

• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met

• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and databases

• Attend events to assist with setup, registration, and client engagement

• Help prepare post-event reports and follow-up communications with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
