Job Summary
We’re hiring therapists licensed in Virginia to deliver therapy exclusively through telehealth. This role allows you to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care while enjoying the stability of a weekday schedule. You’ll make therapy more accessible for clients who need flexible options for their mental health support.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
- Full benefits package
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth sessions with adults, couples, and families
- Develop and revise care plans to align with client goals
- Document therapy sessions promptly and accurately
- Work with a remote team of clinicians to ensure client support
- Stay informed on best practices in the field
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
- Strong telehealth communication skills
