Salon and Spa Sales Concierge

: LUXE Unlimited, a premier provider of luxury salon and spa services with locations throughout Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia, is seeking an experienced Salon and Spa Sales Concierge to join our team! The Salon and Spa Concierge will serve as the primary LUXE Unlimited call center receptionist. They will also be responsible for booking appointments, answering general salon and spa questions, and contacting residents, families and external customers for sales and marketing opportunities. What you'll be doing! The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed below:

• Answering all phone calls, answering general salon and spa questions and scheduling appointments, in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Promote services to new clients to build-up clientele.
• Manage all LUXE Unlimited Salon and Spa location's appointment schedules.
• Assist management by following up consistently with residents, families and external customers.
• Access resources to support salon and spa operations and to execute initiatives.
• Assist with marketing, promotions, and special events for LUXE Unlimited and business partners.
• Manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of LUXE Unlimited.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Necessary Skills

• Must have Salon and Spa scheduling experience.
• Marketing and sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be considerate, neat, well-groomed and professional in appearance and communication. Must dress appropriately.
• Ability to communicate effectively and can sit for extended periods.
• Ability to stay organized, multi-task and function in a busy surrounding.
• Must be able to do light typing and demonstrate proficient computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team-player.
• Must be able to exert up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally to lift, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
