This fully remote opportunity is designed for new graduates who want to gain real-world experience in client relations, communication, and financial services while working in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

You will work with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs , schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through the enrollment process.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

• Assess client needs and explain available coverage options in a clear, professional manner

• Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support

• Maintain organized digital records of client interactions

• Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls

• Build communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
