What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for completing residential HVAC installation and replacement jobs efficiently, safely, and to Beacon standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

• Remove and replace existing equipment in accordance with job scope and manufacturer specs

• Ensure proper system setup, airflow, and start-up procedures

• Verify installations meet local codes and Beacon quality standards

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic system questions

• Complete all required documentation, photos, and checklists

• Work closely with the HVAC Manager and Install Coordinator

• Assist with staging tools, equipment, and materials prior to install day

Who You Are

Required Skills & Experience:

• Prior HVAC installation experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to follow installation procedures and safety standards

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and customer-service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred (Not Required):

• EPA certification

• Experience with residential ductwork or system change-outs

• Experience using mobile field service software

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions

• Ability to stand, kneel, and climb for extended periods
