Make a difference as a Requirements Systems Engineer - Mid Level

Mission Intelligence Group is seeking a Requirements Systems Engineer to support the GEODEV Integrated Product Team (IPT). In this multifaceted role, you will employ a systems engineering approach to define, design, and deliver mission-critical capabilities across CAP/SAP architectures and the National and Allied Systems for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG/ASG). You will lead the planning and traceability of requirements, assisting Government stakeholders in articulating their mission needs into actionable system specifications. Collaborating closely with OSP development contractors and security teams, you will serve as a systems integration subject matter expert, ensuring the integration of new capabilities within a compartmented enterprise environment. Your efforts will contribute to strategic technical planning and the delivery of high-quality products, ensuring timely and reliable intelligence outcomes.

Excellent communication abilities are paramount, enabling you to interact collaboratively with government stakeholders and development teams while articulating technical concepts clearly. Additionally, problem-solving skills are crucial for identifying issues proactively and recommending effective solutions to ensure project success.

A strategic mindset will aid in technical planning and performance engineering, while organizational skills will help you manage requirements traceability and project timelines effectively. Being adaptable and open to emerging technologies will also enhance your ability to contribute to system integration and mission-critical capabilities.
