Irrigation & Lighting Technician (Residential)

As an Irrigation & Lighting Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining, and troubleshooting irrigation and low voltage lighting systems for our residential clients. Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair residential irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance and water efficiency.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain low voltage outdoor lighting systems for residential landscapes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members via email and in person to understand project requirements and provide updates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
• Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and project completion.

Qualifications

• 4 years minimum experience in landscaping, including installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Hands-on experience with low voltage lighting systems.
• Strong communication skills, including email, writing, and reading comprehension.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated initiative and a commitment to going above and beyond to get the job done.
• Bi-Lingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Available to work long days or Saturdays as needed due to weather.
