Summary
- Move between classrooms and age groups as needed to maintain a smooth and engaging learning environment.
- Help with meal and snack times, ensuring children are fed in a safe and orderly manner.
- Assist with diapering, toileting, and maintaining hygiene standards for younger children.
- Supervise and engage children during playtime, reinforcing positive interactions and safety guidelines.
- Support transitions between activities, helping children adjust to new routines and classroom settings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in classrooms and common areas.
- Step in for teachers during breaks, meetings, or absences to provide consistency in care.
- Communicate effectively with staff and parents to support children's developmental needs.
- Encourage and model positive behavior, fostering a warm and inclusive environment for all children. Requirements Job Requirements: - Required Education: High school diploma or GED required; coursework in early childhood education preferred.
- Certification: CPR and First Aid certification required; additional childcare-related certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred.

- Ability to interact with and support children of various age groups.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
- Knowledge of basic health and safety practices in a childcare environment.

- Technology Integration: Ability to use digital learning tools or educational software to support early childhood education.
