Job Summary:
Tri Scapes is a full-service landscaping and general contractor headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, specializing in commercial and municipal projects across the Southeast. As we continue to expand, were seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Representativeto help lead that charge. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a knack for relationship-building, and a passion for exceeding targets. Youll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and representing the Tri Scapes brand with professionalism and energy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Develop and implement strategies to close sales and achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Track, maintain, and report sales activities using CRM software. Analyze data and customer feedback to improve sales performance.
- Gather and share client feedback with relevant teams to enhance services and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven success in a sales role, preferably in landscape maintenance, environmental services, or with public sector clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with municipal procurement, parks and public works, and sustainable landscape practices (preferred but not required).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently. Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
