Position Title : Controls Engineer

Location : Waynesboro, GA 30830

Duration : 36 month + extension





Job Summary

Experience : 5 7 Years Experience in related field

Education: Accredited bachelor's degree in engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting and transitioning across multiple projects
• Checking cables and wiring in the field
• Performing and assist in site walk downs
• Preparing cost estimates
• Supporting start up
• Prepare layout and conceptual designs

Required Skillsets and Expertise:

• A solid Electrical knowledge
• Configuration / graphic skills in one or more platforms: Ovation, Foxboro, ABB, or PLC
• Experience with field support
• Experience with control narrative and markup
• Experience with checking cables and wiring in the field
• Expedience with cost estimating in sub disciplines
• Experience developing IO lists
• The ability to build effective relationships with plant staff, design engineering staff and/or vendors
