Entry Level Marketing Associate

This is a full-time entry level position with paid training and advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles. No prior marketing experience is required—we provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you build valuable professional skills.
Our team specializes in event marketing, brand promotions, and customer engagement , working directly with customers to create awareness and build strong brand relationships.
Responsibilities
Assist with marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and outreach events
Represent client brands at marketing events and promotional campaigns
Build positive relationships with customers and community members
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaign goals
Help coordinate and execute marketing strategies and promotional initiatives
Track customer engagement and provide feedback on campaign performance
Qualifications
We are looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a positive attitude .
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be available for full-time employment
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred (but not required):
Customer service experience
Retail, hospitality, or sales experience
Leadership or team involvement
