Global Chief Strategy Officer
Hanwha Defense USA is seeking a Global Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to drive HDUSA's defense growth strategy with focus on U.S. and NATO/European markets. The CSO will be responsible for government relations, policy engagement, and strategic business development
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. U.S. Defense & Government Relations
- Lead overall U.S. defense strategy and action plans
- Build networks within U.S. government (DoD, NSC, OMB, Congress, White House)
- Secure advocacy for Hanwha Defense interests
2. Europe & NATO Policy Engagement
- Develop and execute European/NATO defense strategies
- Build relationships with NATO procurement and policymakers in pursuit of new opportunities
- Provide strategic insight into NATO/EU defense policies.
Qualifications:
- Strong networks with U.S. government and NATO/EU defense community.
- Expertise in defense policy, procurement, and transatlantic defense cooperation.
- Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
