Haley is seeking a mission-minded Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. This position located in Richmond, VA and services 12 thriving locations in Virginia, 9 dealerships in Richmond, 1 in Farmville, 1 in Roanoke, 1 Car Buying Center in Richmond.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB EXPEREINCE:

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3+ years of digital marketing experience —preferably in automotive or retail. Proficient in PPC, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, and SEO tools, and have hands-on experience with website platforms. Strong project management, vendor coordination, and communication skills are essential, along with a creative mindset and keen attention to detail and brand consistency.

The candidate should be comfortable coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and executing marketing plans around events. A detail-oriented mindset and proficiency in reporting and ROI analysis are key.
