Work Schedule: Core hours 9am to 3pm

Travel: Yes; may require some travel between agency buildings.

Travel Reimbursement: Yes (within a 50-mile radius to the worksite)

Salary Range: $140k to $190k - The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Job Description

NAOVI has a career opening for a Systems Administrator which requires some network experience. Core hours are 9-3. Travel between buildings may be requested.

Mandatory Skills

• Demonstrated experience with system administration in Windows & Linux/Centos Server environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, DNAC.
• Familiarity with Apple IOS.
• Demonstrated professional experience defining, requesting, configuring, and monitoring Cloud server architectures to include Amazon Web Server EC2, RDS, S3, and Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53 in a Tier 3 support environment.
• Demonstrated professional experience developing and implementing system upgrades.
• Demonstrated experience identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated experience providing Operations & Maintenance, Tier 1-3 Support.
• Demonstrated customer relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated experience creating and updating procedures e.g., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Optional Skills

• Demonstrated experience using Agile management systems and methods such as Kanban or Scrum.
• Demonstrated experience with wireless.
• Demonstrated experience with Cisco Duo, Splunk and Meraki.
• Demonstrated experience working in the DevSecOps environment e.g., CI/CD pipeline, cloudformation.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing CLIs with Windows, AWS, Linux and Cisco environments.
• Demonstrated experience moving systems through the accreditation and authorization (A&A) process and monitoring for compliance.
• Demonstrated experience with gathering evidence to support the A&A process e.g., POA&Ms.
• Demonstrated professional experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System.
• Demonstrate experience with Database engineering, development and administration.

Educations and Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information networking and telecommunications, etc. and 8+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
