Licensed Veterinary Technician - Relief

The Virginia Veterinary Centers in Midlothian, VA is hiring a relief Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our outstanding Urgent Care team!

Position Details:

• This is a temporary, relief position to assist our team while we have a staff member out on medical leave.
• 1 shift per week: 11am - 11pm
• October 2025 - February 2026
• Potential for this to transition into a full- time position!

• Ability to perform tasks associated with Technician responsibilities (to include: placing IV catheters, venipuncture, administering premedication, anesthesia induction & monitoring, patient preparation, surgical nursing, and perioperative nursing care, dental prophylactics, radiographs, etc.)  
• You’re not afraid to jump in and get your feet wet! A hard worker who takes the initiative and contributes to the operation of the entire hospital, you will help get all the day’s duties done!  
• You are committed to outstanding client service, exceptional patient care and really want to make a difference!  
• You understand the importance of maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people that share that same value.
