DOW - Project Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience supporting project coordination or program support activities.
- Experience supporting IT or software development projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience preparing schedules, reports, and briefing materials.
- Familiarity with Agile or IT project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC and required background investigation
- Support Program and Project Managers with coordination of DSAID sustainment and enhancement activities.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, working groups, and technical reviews; distribute agendas and capture action items.
- Support Agile development activities including sprint tracking and backlog coordination.
- Assist with risk, issue, and dependency tracking and reporting.
- Support reporting requirements for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Coordinate task execution across technical, functional, and cybersecurity teams.
- Support change management and configuration management activities.
- Assist with transition-in, transition-out, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Ensure compliance with documentation, security, and records management requirements.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for program activities
