About the Role:
This is a full-time position that includes some Saturday hours and requires a two-year commitment. The role involves both clinical and administrative duties — including direct patient care, assisting with procedures, and scribing during visits.

This is not a cosmetic injector role. However, you will gain exposure to aesthetic treatments and technologies through patient care and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist providers during dermatologic procedures (biopsies, excisions, laser treatments, etc.)

• Accompany providers during patient visits to document in electronic health records (EHR)

• Conduct patient interviews and maintain accurate health histories

• Perform clinical tasks such as blood draws, wound care, suture removals, IV therapy, and post-op care

• Educate patients on treatments and home care instructions

• Assist with non-invasive cosmetic treatments (CoolSculpting, laser therapies, skin tightening – training provided)

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and clinical quality standards

• Support clinical team management and staff training

What We're Looking For:

• Current RN license in good standing

• 2–4 years of RN experience in a hospital setting (ER or ICU experience preferred)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment

• Advanced proficiency with Mac computers and iPads (our EHR is entirely digital)

• Dermatology or procedural experience is a plus — but not required; we provide extensive training
