Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew to complete landscape maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Train and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Safely operate and maintain equipment.
- Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills and experience in landscape maintenance.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
Compensation
Weekly pay based on experience
