Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew to complete landscape maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Train and motivate team members to perform at their best.
• Safely operate and maintain equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and experience in landscape maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license required.

Compensation

Weekly pay based on experience
