Remote Executive Assistant
, Remote Living Faith TV is seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Executive Assistant to join our team in Bristol, VA. As a faith-based television network, our mission is to spread the message of hope and inspiration to viewers across the country. We are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our passion for making a positive impact through media. As the Remote Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of our network. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidential records and assisting with special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a remote setting. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms is required. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
