Lawn Care Technician

The Leader in Organic Based Lawn Care , NaturaLawn of America , is interviewing driven candidates to find our next great lawn care professional. First year earnings potential up to $50,000 (or more)when you join our team. Whatever your previous experience, NaturaLawn of America will help take your abilities and your career to the next level.

After completion of your (paid) new hire training, you will :

• Manage a route of 200 to 300 lawn care customers.
• Use company-provided equipment responsibly to apply granular and/or liquid materials to lawns approx. every 6 weeks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering guidance on how to have the lawn they desire.
• Accurately document service and product information, maintaining records of work performed.
• Safely drive and maintain your assigned company vehicle during the workday.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

What you’ll need-

• An ACTIVE, VALID driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs., walk, stand, and bend throughout the day.
• Exceptional customer service & communication skills.
• Willingness and desire to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and attention to detail.
• Be someone who enjoys working outdoors and, in a team, environment.
