Your role at KIK

The **Warehouse Lead **is responsible for the coordination and oversight of daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner, that the warehouse is organized and safe, and that staff members are supervised and trained.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Directs warehouse employees in day-to-day operating tasks.

• Responsible for warehouse staging and scheduling during shift

• Responsible for off-site warehouse personnel including CDL driver

• Directs CDL drivers of trailer placement for next day drop shipment trailers

• Receives transshipment loads in a timely manner based on incoming appointment times

• Assists in loading and unloading of trailers as needed

• Required to participate and command the necessary skills to cycle count

• Participates in monthly and annual inventory counts

• Assists in making sure production lines and palletizer stay operational during duration of shift

• Maintains track-able information for daily shuttles by CDL driver

What You’ll Bring

• High school degree or GED equivalent

• Ability to work in fast-paced and always changing environment

• Ability to follow detailed instructions

• Good communication skills [both verbal and written]

• Ability to work safely

• Must be able to work overtime / weekends when needed

• Must be flexible to work different shifts

• Must be able to wear steel toed shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection always while on the production floor

• Must be able to tolerate non-climate-controlled working environment
