**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with access control and verify the credentials of individuals entering the premises as required by site protocols.
+ Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and local authorities when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.
+ Remain alert and attentive to surroundings, adapting to the working environment and conditions specific to the government location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
