Locum Physician - Family Medicine
**Coverage Period:** September 21, 2026 – December 18, 2026
**Work Schedule:** Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 8 AM – 2 PM
**Practice Settings:** Clinic and Outpatient/Hospital-Based
**Patient Demographics:** - Adult: 51% - Pediatric: 1% - Geriatric: 48%
**Patient Volume:** Outpatient setting with an average caseload of 10-16 patients per day.
**Trauma Designation:** No trauma care; focused on primary care only.
**Required Skills/Procedures:** - Pap smear - Diabetic foot exam (Note: Limited procedural experience in the office setting)
**Electronic Medical Record System:** Epic
**Shift Overview:** Positioned from September 21, 2026, to December 18, 2026, with working hours of Monday through Wednesday from 8 AM to 2 PM.
**Mandatory Qualifications:**
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (Essential)
- Active Virginia Medical License or ability to secure one prior to the starting date (confirmation required at name clearance) - Current ACLS and BLS certification (Essential)
- DEA registration (Essential)
