Promotional Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

We’re seeking a Promotional Customer Service Representative to join our energetic, mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities

As a Promotional Customer Service Rep, you’ll play a vital role in our live event and outreach efforts:

• Represent nonprofit and brand partners at promotional events, community campaigns, and live activations

• Deliver friendly, engaging, and informative interactions with event attendees

• Assist with event setup, breakdown , and booth presentation

• Communicate campaign goals, services, or product features to the public

• Answer attendee questions and provide helpful, accurate information

• Gather feedback from the community to help improve future campaigns

• Collaborate with team members to meet event goals and customer engagement targets
