CNA

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about delivering exceptional care in a supportive, close-knit environment. As a CNA on our team, you’ll be the heart of daily care—providing hands-on assistance and emotional support to residents with varying levels of mobility and independence. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing quality of life, promoting dignity, and building lasting relationships.

Hours will be a mix of daylight and evenings shifts.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen levels.
• Communicate effectively with supervising nurses, families, and fellow staff to ensure consistent and compassionate care.
• Support residents’ mobility by assisting with exercises and encouraging physical activity as needed.
• Observe and report any changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff.

What We're Looking For

• State-certified CNA with completed CNA training from a licensed vocational school, medical facility, or community college.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills —you genuinely care about people and it shows.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic records , with attention to detail when documenting care.
• A team player who’s dependable, respectful, and committed to the well-being of our residents.
