Personal Assistant to Physican

Ability to communicate professionally with patients and community members is required. This is perfect for someone who wants a core of experience to build on in the future.

Dr. Neal is an excellent teacher and mentor (references available). This experience would look great on your application to schools- she also writes great letters of recommendation. :)

Dr. Neal is seeking a full-time assistant. Duties will include mostly administrative / reception / clerical work as well as some work managing her personal needs.

There is clinical work (all duties can be taught to the right candidate) including answering phones and responding to patient messages, rooming patients, scribing during visits. Ordering and management of lab and clinic supplies, helping with various admin (prior authorizations, making referral appointments) and some housekeeping duties.

Must have undergraduate degree with excellent communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail and have a warm, caring, fun-loving personality.

All candidates must have COVID vaccinations.

Hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm Mondays through Fridays. Holidays, evenings & weekends off.
