The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated technician who can perform state inspections efficiently, knock out Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with speed and precision, and keep the workflow rolling. You’ll work alongside experienced Master Technicians who are eager to mentor the next generation.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform Virginia State Inspections accurately and efficiently.
• Complete DVIs with photos and videos — clear, fast, and professional.
• Handle maintenance and repair work including brakes, flushes, alignments, tires, and suspension.
• Support the team by keeping cars moving and saying YES to the work.
• Continue advancing your skills through paid training and ASE certification support.

What You Bring:

• Virginia State Inspection License (required or ready to obtain).
• Strong diagnostic and maintenance ability — confident with DVIs and fundamentals.
• Dependability — you show up on time, ready to roll.
• A growth mindset — aiming to level up to Master Tech within a few years.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
