About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the design, development, and delivery of eForms and WebUpload solutions. This role acts as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA/testing teams, ensuring clear communication and accurate delivery of system requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments, and the ability to independently manage tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate meetings to gather business and technical requirements

• Develop General System Design (GSD) documents for medium-to-high complexity enhancements, incorporating detailed business rules and specifications

• Serve as the liaison among application developers, business users, and testers to ensure shared understanding of complex business needs

• Coordinate and lead design and requirement review sessions between teams

• Analyze and document solutions to complex business problems, delivering assignments accurately and within expected timelines

• Manage competing priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines

• Use SQL to extract, interpret, and analyze data for business decision-making

• Maintain version control of design documents using Team Foundation Server (TFS)

• Provide effort and time estimates for application updates, including legislative mandates

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to train other analysts on assigned solutions and processes

• Apply SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to manage and complete assigned work

• Ensure delivery of all work items outlined in the project plan, maintaining accountability and attention to quality

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL for data analysis

• Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar version control tools

• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
