DSP LEAD FIELD SUPERVISOR

4. Knowledge of & willingness to learn basic office procedures, Willing to learn basic skills required for specific duties.(Learning THERAP and BAMBOO ) comprehending service plans
5. Observation skills: Ability to observe the rights and personal dignity of others.
6. Available to attend meetings and trainings, able to train staff
7. Keeping and Following a Schedule
8. Ability to record and report staff and individuals behavior, attitude and physical condition. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff.
9. Experience:
   One year of full-time or equivalent part-time paid or volunteer experience in the care, training, rehabilitation and of individuals with intellectual needs, developmentally/physically/ or mentally challenged.
10. Must complete online training thru RELIAS our training portal and testing through the Commonwealth of Virginia Learning Center (VLC), which is a web-based application.
11. Must be able to pass the Back ground checks, Exclusions, and Central Registry check. CPR,TB, testing. Therapeutic Options trainings along with other trainings.
12. This is a part time job with opportunities of advancement.
