Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize dealership tools, CRM systems, and follow-up practices to manage and nurture customer relationships.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve personal and dealership sales goals.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of Volkswagen models and features.
