A Night on the Line

At 10:00 p.m., your team assembles for a focused kickoff. Priorities are aligned with Production, QA, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR. By midnight, youre tracking yields and output, shifting staffing to match demand, and clearing a minor bottleneck with a quick SMED-style changeover. Before sunrise, documentation is complete, the area is inspection-ready, and your crew leaves confident about what they achieved and whats next.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Own daily filling operations to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop 3rd Shift Leads and ~25 production employees; set expectations, give feedback, and recognize wins.
• Monitor output, yields, downtime, waste, and labor efficiency; deploy corrective actions to improve results.
• Enforce safety programs, GMP, sanitation, and all regulatory requirements.
• Run effective shift huddles; maintain strong cross-functional communication across Production, QA, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR.
• Allocate labor and balance manpower based on demand, attendance, and schedule priorities.
• Advance reliability and cost reduction via Lean/6S and other continuous improvement methods.
• Maintain inspection-ready conditions: housekeeping, documentation, and quality artifacts are always audit-ready.
• Oversee work orders, labor reporting, timecards, in-process quality checks, and daily performance tracking.
• Support training, safety programs, and performance management, including corrective actions aligned with policy.

SundayThursday, 10:00 p.m.6:30 a.m., with overtime as needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven success leading teams in fast-paced production with strong safety, quality, and metric discipline.
• Working knowledge of QMS (document control, deviations, CAPA, audit readiness).
• Coaching mindset with the ability to build a high-performance culture and hold teams accountable.
• GMP, safety, and 6S/Lean expertise; experience delivering safety training and tracking compliance.
• Track record of reducing downtime, lifting efficiency, and sustaining CI gains.
• Calm, fair conflict management and change leadership in dynamic environments.
• Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
• Experience with high-speed automated equipment; bottle filling machinery strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $80,000$85,000 plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus. Actual pay depends on relevant skills and experience.
