As a Physical Therapist (PT) , you’ll lead the way in restoring independence, function, and quality of life for your patients. Your clinical expertise and compassion will be the foundation of transformative care.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services that improve mobility, function, and long-term outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient progress.
• Supervise and delegate to Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families to encourage active participation and lasting results.
• Document care plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and compassionate care.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Wants to make a real and lasting impact through their work:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passionate about improving lives through personalized care.
