Job Summary:

B&A is looking for an SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of the SAP O2C process. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system solutions that improve operational efficiency and meet strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP O2C modules (SD, Billing, Credit Management, etc.).
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP SD and related modules in alignment with O2C processes.
  • Design and document O2C process flows including order management, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Provide expertise in integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, and WM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of O2C processes.
  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training and support to end users and business teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to the O2C process.
  • Support project delivery through all phases including design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD/O2C functional roles.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module and O2C processes.
  • Experience with pricing procedures, credit management, billing, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Experience with integration points between SD and FI/MM/WM.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle SAP implementations and post-implementation support.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with S/4HANA O2C processes.
  • Familiarity with EDI and IDoc processing.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • SAP Certification in SD or related modules.
  • Prior experience in a global or multi-site SAP environment.
