Tagtime Laser Tag is looking for a Venue Event Sales Associate to join the team. The successful candidate will be a valuable member of the team. They will fulfill the below responsibilities and have the following skills.

Responsibilities

• Events Sales Associate provides sales, marketing, and customer service for all aspects of events at Tagtime Laser Tag.
• Develop a comprehensive strategy including action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects
• Maintain daily call minimums and weekly appointments/site visits/Tours to generate new business
• Prepare status reports, including activity, follow-up, closing, reports on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity
• Prepare custom design proposals and presentations to clients
• Act as liaison between third party vendors in order to obtain additional nontraditional revenues for Tagtime Laser Tag.
• Work with Venue Manager to coordinate venue break down and set up and ensure that all is done according to the clients specifications.
• Prepare for and attend exhibits, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional, and national promotional opportunities
• Maintain open communication between Tagtime Laser Tag and vendors and clients.

Skills

• Demonstrate passion for hospitality and/or the entertainment and event industry
• While industry experience is desirable, we are willing to provide training to the ideal candidate.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Creative problem solver
• Ability to collaborate with a cross functional team
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel

Compensation:

Base Salary Plus Commissions And Bonuses Per Event That Could Generate Over $100,000 Per Year If The Venue Accomplishes Its Financial Goals.

For Each Event They Successfully Book And Coordinate, The Event Planner Will Receive Commissions, Along With Potential Annual Bonus Tiers.
