* Vacation (after 30 days) Duties and Responsibilities:- Design and implement business strategies to assist the program to realize business goals
- Oversee the clinical staff and ensure adherence to best practices and organizational policies
- Provide oversight and leadership for clinical documentation training and compliance regarding clinical audits (DMAS and Insurance MCO Audits)
- Provide clinical supervision and support to therapists and other clinical staff.
- Communicate with patients’ healthcare providers for continuity of care for patients.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology) required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. Preferred
- (2-3) years of clinical work experience in pediatric services
- Licensed and/or eligible for license as required in the state of Virginia
- Experience with payroll and billing
- 2 or 3 years experience in a supervisory role or clinical director role. Preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions.
