We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Technical Security Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems, including compliance with customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, configuration documents, and troubleshooting guides.

• Participate in the planning and implementation of security measures, including migration to cloud-based infrastructure.

• Collaborate with other teams, such as development and security, to ensure seamless integration and operation systems.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to our security posture.

• Provide technical support and guidance to security personnel, including briefing systems and providing documentation.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelors degree in an IT related field
• 11+ years of overall relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in a security-related role, with a focus on technical security.
• Strong technical skills, including understanding of network fundamentals, ports, patching, architecture, and devices.
• Familiarity with customer security requirements and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• ITIL Foundational certification or other relevant IT service management certifications.
• CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification, or other relevant security certifications.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
