The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems, including compliance with customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, configuration documents, and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in the planning and implementation of security measures, including migration to cloud-based infrastructure.
Collaborate with other teams, such as development and security, to ensure seamless integration and operation systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to our security posture.
Provide technical support and guidance to security personnel, including briefing systems and providing documentation.

- Bachelors degree in an IT related field
- 11+ years of overall relevant professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in a security-related role, with a focus on technical security.
- Strong technical skills, including understanding of network fundamentals, ports, patching, architecture, and devices.
- Familiarity with customer security requirements and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- ITIL Foundational certification or other relevant IT service management certifications.
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification, or other relevant security certifications.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
