Position Summary
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking an experienced Office Administration Manager to oversee office operations and administrative services. The ideal candidate will coordinate administrative staff, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure the smooth execution of internal administrative processes.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage administrative functions in a government contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
Oversee daily office administration activities and ensure efficient operations.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate office support services.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
Office Operations
Manage office resources, supplies, and administrative systems.
Coordinate company meetings, events, and internal activities.
Ensure effective communication between departments.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare operational reports related to administrative performance.
Ensure administrative processes meet internal and regulatory compliance standards.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with HR, finance, and operations teams to support company initiatives.
Assist leadership with administrative process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in administrative management or office operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management tools.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential business information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting office operations in government contracting environments.
Familiarity with multi-location administrative coordination.
